Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Therapy Director to lead our team of physical therapists and occupational therapists in providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring staff, developing and implementing clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists and occupational therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and protocols to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
