About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' holistic health care needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for youth, adults, and families.
  • Provide psychosocial assessments and serve as a resource for staff education and training.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve independent living goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education-accredited program.
  • Maine Board of Social Work Licensure: LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, or LMSW-CC.
  • At least one year of experience as a master's level social worker in a healthcare setting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
