We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Clinician to join our team at Andwell Health Partners.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' holistic health care needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for youth, adults, and families.
- Provide psychosocial assessments and serve as a resource for staff education and training.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve independent living goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education-accredited program.
- Maine Board of Social Work Licensure: LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, or LMSW-CC.
- At least one year of experience as a master's level social worker in a healthcare setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
