About the Role
Metalsa is seeking an experienced Assembly Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly equipment.

Responsibilities
- Safely install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain assembly equipment, including robotics, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
- Diagnose, replace, repair, test, and adjust assembly fixtures, robotics, and associated systems.
- Conduct emergency and scheduled maintenance using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Requirements
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience focused on assembly automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, robotics systems, schematic reading, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
