About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Systems Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Metalsa. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing systems that ensure optimal production levels and product quality. With 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and a background in engineering, you will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair complex issues with assembly automation systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement improvements to existing manufacturing systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues with assembly automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and best practices in assembly automation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and engineering. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
