Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Toyota Boshoku America. This is a unique opportunity to work in an automotive manufacturing plant, supporting the production process and ensuring the reliability of our equipment.
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
A key aspect of this role is performing predictive and preventive maintenance on production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and be proficient in using various tools and software.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. As a member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to Kaizen activities and other initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary of $27.90 per hour, which increases every 6 months to a maximum of $35.00 per hour within three years. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
This position requires occasional overtime, but we offer flexibility to accommodate your needs. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so it's essential to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
