As a skilled Automated Assembly Equipment Technician at Metalsa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in assembly automation, robotics, and PLC systems will enable us to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and troubleshoot assembly equipment, including robotics, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve issues affecting production processes.
- Utilize CMMS for scheduled and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements and Expectations
- 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, focusing on assembly automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, robotics systems, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
