Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, plan, and direct the entire store team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all functional areas of the store, including financial performance, inventory control, and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Direct the preparation for merchandising initiatives and ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised.
  • Staffing and Training: Oversee staffing efforts, including interviewing, selection, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of all associates.
  • Disciplinary Action: Approve and administer appropriate disciplinary action to associates, in partnership with other operational and support resources.
  • Customer Service and Associate Recognition: Supervise, maintain, and comply with customer service and associate recognition programs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum five years retail management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required. Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, and walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variable schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
