Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in Facility Services, including 10 years in management and 5-7 years in multi-unit management.
  • Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
  • Proficient in making business decisions based on financial data.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting business records and statistical reports.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret policies set by administrators.
  • Strong background in hospitality and customer service.
