- Address issues at client units that fall short of corporate satisfaction standards.
- Develop and monitor accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure the region meets financial performance and client expectations.
- Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team and assisting in presentations and negotiations.
- Ensure operations team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct audits across all facilities, including financial, contractual, sanitation, and human resources audits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience in Facility Services, including 10 years in management and 5-7 years in multi-unit management.
- Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
- Proficient in making business decisions based on financial data.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adept at reading and interpreting business records and statistical reports.
- Ability to analyze and interpret policies set by administrators.
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service.
