Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist and Inventory Planner at DSV A/S, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by managing inventory and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include analyzing replenishment data, processing purchase requisitions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure material availability. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their requirements promptly and providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Replenishment Data to Inform Inventory Decisions
  • Generate Reports and Analyze Data in ERP System to Optimize Inventory Levels
  • Process Purchase Demand/Requisitions to Ensure Timely Material Availability
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to Review Forecasts and Material Changes
  • Communicate Effectively with Clients and Internal Teams to Ensure Seamless Operations
  • Coordinate Material Returns/Repairs and Handle Inventory Inaccuracies
  • Maintain Accurate Data in ERP System and Manage Material Quality
  • Identify Cost-Saving Projects and Efficiency Improvements to Enhance Operations

Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Discipline with 2 Years of Professional Experience
  • Three Years of Industry Experience in a Related Role
Skills and Abilities

Computer Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Experience with ERP Systems
Language Skills
Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Verbal)
Mathematical Skills
Ability in Mathematical Problem-Solving

Compensation
The expected base pay for this position ranges from $42,500 to $58,000 annually, based on various factors. Actual compensation will be determined considering job-related factors.
