Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to manage and maintain inventory levels for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring accurate stock levels, processing inventory orders, and coordinating with various departments to meet supply needs. This role plays a critical part in minimizing discrepancies and ensuring seamless inventory flow.

  1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

  2. Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records.

  3. Process and track incoming and outgoing inventory shipments.

  4. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

  5. Maintain accurate inventory databases and generate reports as needed.

  6. Ensure compliance with safety and inventory management procedures.

  7. Investigate and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Work Type: Direct hire
Pay: $23-$28 an hour

Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
