About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Call Center Specialist to join our team at Universal Technical Institute (UTI). As a key member of our enrollment team, you will play a critical role in driving student engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective students through outbound calls and other communication channels to assess their eligibility and interest in our programs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our education program offerings, campus locations, and admission standards to confidently promote them to potential students.
  • Work efficiently from activity queues in Dynamics CRM, documenting interactions to ensure a streamlined process and meet daily, weekly, and monthly engagement and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive student experience.
