Job Title: Development and Fundraising Manager

As our Development and Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by leading fundraising efforts and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve our annual goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Coordinating events, campaigns, and communications to engage and retain donors
  • Managing donor databases, tracking contributions, and providing timely acknowledgments
  • Researching and identifying grant opportunities and corporate sponsors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications)
  • 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience developing and managing content for multiple audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect)
