Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of leading diverse projects.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to design and enhance processes and policies for improved efficiency and service quality.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira), with flexibility to adapt approaches as needed.
  • Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, adept at addressing project challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional local travel required to various company locations and project sites. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, may be necessary.
