  • Confirm ticket validity and provide assistance to guests with special requirements.
  • Contribute to the venue's sustainability initiatives.
  • Offer direction during emergency situations.
  • Aid in the closing procedures of the venue post-event.
  • Provide clear directions to guests within and outside the venue.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in guest services is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be able to walk, navigate stairs, and lift items as needed.
