Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead Netsuite ARM Implementation: Manage the comprehensive implementation journey, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved and objectives are fulfilled.
  • Project Oversight: Effectively coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or challenges that may arise.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to boost project efficiency.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure thorough project documentation is maintained, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in executing Netsuite ARM implementations, with a comprehensive understanding of ARM and Suite Billing functionalities.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong capability to manage projects from start to finish, showcasing excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Netsuite and its various modules, particularly ARM and Suite Billing.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant Netsuite or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
  • Industry Background: Experience in similar IT or service sectors is beneficial.
