Position Overview:
- Deliver presales assistance for Sales teams, Partners, and Clients.
- Design solutions tailored to fulfill Client requirements.
- Facilitate Client sales presentations.
- Serve as a liaison among sales, Clients, and product development teams.
- Generate comprehensive solution design documentation.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in long-term care solutions is essential.
- 5 years of experience in sales or presales within Senior Living or Long-Term Care security systems is preferred.
- Strong client interaction skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in technical writing and MS Office applications is required.
- Familiarity with RF and networking concepts is advantageous.
- Experience in low voltage cabling design is a plus.
- Basic understanding of VMware and Server Infrastructure principles is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
