Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Closing Specialist to join our team at Bellinger & Suberg, LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • File Management: Open and manage real estate files from contract through post-closing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Title Work: Order and review title commitment, exception documents, and surveys, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review closing documents, including closing checklists, closing instructions, deeds, deeds of trust, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to manage lot and land closings from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
  • Closing & Post-Closing: Ensure document recording, manage closing, and work with attorneys to keep closings moving, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Multi-Transaction Management: Manage multiple closings simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years of real estate closing experience, preferably in a law firm or title company.
  • Skills: Proficient in real estate transactions, document preparation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
