Senior Quality Engineer

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Enfield, CT. This is a direct hire, 100% onsite role that requires a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide quality engineering support to the new product development process, operations/production, and quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Plans.
  • Lead or support FMEA, DOE, and SPC initiatives.
  • May serve as backup to Quality Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM engineering discipline and 5 years of experience required.
  • Experience in an engineering environment with mechanical, tool design, and manufacturing processes (medical device preferred).
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Minitab.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and management skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Salary range: $95-105K + bonuses.
