Job Title: Automotive Technician - Lia Volkswagen Enfield

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Lia Volkswagen Enfield. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including Volkswagen models
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service experience
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in Volkswagen systems and technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • ASE certification in multiple areas, including brakes, electrical systems, and engine repair
  • State inspection certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
