Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join our team at Ascendo Resources. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or other communication channels. Resolve client issues effectively and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Onboarding and Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper implementation of our products or services. Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, including conducting regular check-ins and providing product updates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and operations to address client needs, communicate feedback, and coordinate solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Client Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activity logs, and documentation of client interactions. Generate reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and account growth as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as client services, account management, or customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
