Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to healthcare providers on best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Drive improvements in healthcare delivery through research, consulting, and systems enhancement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform clinical practice and policy decisions.
  • Develop and implement education programs for healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC).
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 3 years registered nursing experience in area of specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current certification as a CNS.
  • Current certification in area of specialty.
  • 2 years clinical leadership responsibility.
