About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team at Provider Solutions & Development. As a key member of our Women's Health service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive maternity care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in maternity care.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or eligibility for certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maternity care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
