Power BI Data Analytics Specialist

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Power BI developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Power BI Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Power BI development and a strong background in BI tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI report issues.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong background in BI tools and systems such as Tableau and SAP.
- Prior experience in data-related tasks.
- Understanding of the Microsoft BI Stack.
- Mastery in data analytics.
- Proficient in software development.
- Familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAX.
- Analytical thinking for converting data into reports and graphics.
- Capable of enabling row-level data security.
- Knowledge of Power BI application security layer models.
