We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our tax team as a tax intern. As a tax intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax compliance and provision engagements, working closely with our financial management team and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in the preparation of tax compliance and provision engagements, including interacting with financial management and third-party service providers
* Assist with information gathering and work paper organization
* Apply problem-solving skills through research of tax laws, rules, and regulations, and analyze their application to specific situations
* Demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative while working as a team member, building solid relationships with various team members across the Finance department
* Perform other tax compliance and administrative duties as assigned by management
* Manage multiple assignments in a team environment, both in-person and virtually
* Proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback
* Maintain flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
* Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
