Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage linen inventory levels across various departments.
  • Facilitate the exchange of linen carts, ensuring accurate counts and replenishment to maintain optimal par levels.
  • Load and distribute clean linen to designated units, verifying inventory and completing necessary documentation.
  • Engage professionally with hospital staff, including nurses and supply managers, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the inventory room, performing routine cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Address linen supply issues promptly, communicating with management when inventory levels are insufficient.
  • Collaborate with delivery personnel to address any special linen requirements.
  • Represent the company positively, fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
