Compensation Structure:

  • Hourly position (benefits included) at $19.00 per hour
  • Contractual position (benefits not included) starting at $22+ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and their families through in-person meetings and secure digital platforms to schedule initial appointments and discuss financial agreements
  • Address client inquiries regarding treatment options, account statuses, and balances
  • Collaborate with various healthcare professionals (providers, hospitals, insurance representatives) to ensure smooth referrals for treatment
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and financial agreements through phone, email, and secure messaging
  • Track client attendance and absences in group services
  • Contact insurance providers to verify eligibility and obtain authorizations for care

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment
  • Familiarity with electronic healthcare records (EHR) is advantageous
  • Proficient in basic computing skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage frequent interruptions while communicating effectively and courteously
  • Must possess a current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and maintain it as required
  • Continuous maintenance of active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is necessary.
