We are seeking an experienced academic program coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for the Student Bridges Program under the general direction from the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Advocacy, Inclusion & Support Programs (AISP). This interim one-year position requires a master's degree in a related field and three years of work experience in providing academic programs and services for diverse student populations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides direction and leadership for outcomes-based programs and services supporting student success and the student experience
- Designs course syllabus, plans and teaches two service-learning seminars
- Serves as a key leader in the AISP collaborative and as the primary liaison to community partners/agencies and campus partners
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Social Justice, or Sociology
- Three years of related work experience with demonstrated progression of greater responsibility in providing academic programs and services for multicultural and otherwise diverse student populations
- Proven ability to design, plan, teach, and evaluate community service-learning courses
**Compensation**
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
