Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bar Back to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and replenish liquor, beer, and wine as needed in the bar area.
- Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms to the bar area.
- Set up bottles on the bar with 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
- Ensure beer taps are working properly and maintain a clean and tidy bar area.
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
- Buses tables in the bar area and ensures the cleanliness of the area.
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
Requirements:
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
