You will also be responsible for setting up bottles on the bar, ensuring beer taps are working properly, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage items to the bar area.
  • Set up bottles on the bar with 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
  • Ensure beer taps are working properly.
  • Place bar snacks on the counter and keep supplies stocked.
  • Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
  • Buses tables in the bar area.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.
  • Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
  • Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
