The Baldwin Group, a leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Risk Insurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and certificate holders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage CRMG Certificate Inboxes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ad hoc and renewal outputs.
- Collaborate with Client Service Specialists, Client Managers, and Contracted teams to resolve queries and provide exceptional client service.
- Prepare and process insurance certificates, including renewal certificate batches, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Record data in firm software programs and complete special projects as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and bring issues to the attention of leadership.
- A current state P&C license, or willingness to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn firm software systems.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate core values aligned with our firm's culture.
