Production Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead and manage a team of machine operators in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a team of machine operators to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to machine operators to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor production output and provide feedback to operators to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Enforce safety protocols and address any safety hazards promptly.
  • Track and monitor operator performance, offering support and direction as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and materials, making necessary adjustments or repairs to prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production timelines and communicate potential risks to management.
  • Work with lead technicians to address production issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
