Form Energy, Inc. is a pioneering energy technology and manufacturing company that is revolutionizing the way we think about energy storage. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Engineering Programs Portfolio to lead our program management efforts for the development of our Iron-Air battery products.

About the Role

As a Manager, Engineering Programs Portfolio, you will be responsible for driving product development programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams. You will lead and improve our program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy's world-class technical team.

You will also lead a team of technical program managers with a focus on team development, growth, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering leadership to construct and maintain product development plans, schedules, and trackers consistent with Form's Program Milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams
  • Lead and improve our program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience
  • Lead a team of technical program managers with a focus on team development, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to construct and maintain product development plans, schedules, and trackers consistent with Form's Program Milestones
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in an engineering or technical Program Management role
  • 2+ years experience as a people manager
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, including commercial product launches (e.g., full product lifecycle program experience from concept to launch)
  • Technical experience with electro-mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to communicate & present at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
