Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service support to Financial Advisors, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
  • Assist in customizing solutions based on client needs, while maintaining alignment with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
  • Identify and deepen client relationships through effective communication and promotion of Bank of America's offerings.
  • Support day-to-day team activities, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases.
Requirements
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63/65 or 66
  • Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products
