Position Overview

The Automotive Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing vehicle sales to achieve and surpass the objectives set by Drivegranite. This position requires a commitment to professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position with the potential to earn between $100,000 and $200,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, life, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with company matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and nurture relationships with customers to identify their automotive needs and foster long-term connections.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
  3. Attract new customers through networking with colleagues, external sales organizations, referral networks, and other avenues.
  4. Stay informed about current market trends and possess in-depth knowledge of product offerings.
  5. Assist customers with financing, insurance, and the delivery of their new vehicles.
  6. Meet dealership goals, including unit sales, gross profit targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Support customers in trading their vehicles to the dealership.
  8. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following up and providing exceptional service.
