Job Title: Regional Manager for Rapid City SD Market

At AUTOMOTIVE PARTS HEADQUARTERS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our automotive parts stores in the Rapid City, South Dakota Market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring high levels of customer service, and achieving employee development goals. This includes creating a positive working environment, building customer relationships, and prioritizing and planning work activities for self and store managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
  • Lead and direct the work of store managers and employees to achieve budgeted revenue goals and monitor expenses
  • Coach and counsel employees to improve performance and achieve employee development goals
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of store operation results and maintain proper expense controls
  • Ensure safety, health, and security policies are practiced and in place

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience managing in a retail/wholesale environment with at least 10 employees
  • Ability to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of various computer software including Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in general business, marketing, finance, or sales
  • 5 years of experience in the auto parts business and store operations
