Civil Engineer Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Civil Engineer to join our team at the County of Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our Public Works department, you will be responsible for performing a combination of essential job functions, including applying civil engineering principles, budget preparation, personnel management, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply civil engineering principles to design and construct civil engineering projects
- Prepare budgets and manage financial resources
- Supervise and manage personnel
- Review and evaluate progress and results
- Participate in engineering research and development
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Valid California State Certificate of Registration as a Civil Engineer
- Valid California Class C Driver License or ability to utilize alternative transportation
