About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that will serve as the Sales Support role for C.C. Clark Inc. The successful candidate will directly support the sales and merchandising teams within the specified area, as well as handle various administrative requirements and other duties as deemed necessary to deliver the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the requirements of the Sales team in both large and small format stores as well as merchandising coverage.
  • Report directly to the Merchandising Manager and be responsible for timely communications to ensure the company is executing its goals in the trade.
  • Be flexible and work as a team to deliver the company's goals, including working on weekends and holidays based on scheduling needs.
  • Represent C.C. Clark Inc. in multiple geographic locations within its territory, requiring some travel for meetings and training.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with a sales organization and a team player attitude.
  • Flexibility, the ability to influence, coaching, attention to detail, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking and time management, and collaboration for value.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills.
