As part of a dedicated team, you will tackle intricate business challenges, guiding projects from conception through execution. You will also oversee IT initiatives, including the design and implementation of innovative functionalities within our IT systems, while ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of existing platforms.
This position operates under a hybrid work model, promoting flexibility and collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the finance team to effectively support the organization's objectives.
- Act as a Technical Product Lead within agile teams, focusing on finance applications.
- Articulate and advocate for the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap of products in alignment with KDP's goals.
- Manage intricate product lines or new developments across multiple teams, ensuring timely releases.
- Champion user needs, translating them into actionable requirements for development teams.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, tracking performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary expert for the product, communicating updates and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Initiative and Epic owners to build business cases and gather essential data for product enhancements.
- Conduct market analysis to refine product features that meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- In conjunction with Business Product Owners and stakeholders, prioritize product feature backlogs and development efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and training on best practices in SOX Compliance and IT Governance Controls.
- Manage IT team members, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and communication of expectations.
- Monitor application performance, developing backup and disaster recovery strategies while balancing cost and productivity.
