About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrity System Specialist to join our team at Intelliswift.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining 100% inventory sync between the ERP system and POS system at the Store/SKU level. This involves managing shipping dashboards, creating and managing new item launch trackers, and resolving inventory discrepancies through cross-functional communication.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate Master item data, including POS item setup, 3rd Party SAP item setups, and data mapping.
  • Partnering with process improvement and retail tech teams for UAT of systems improvement projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with 2-6 years of directly related experience.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionalities.
  • Experience with Tableau/PowerPoint/other tools for summary and executive-level reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with high personal accountability and innovative thinking.
Compensation

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $28-$30 per hour on W2. The schedule is hybrid, with four days spent in the office and one day working from home.
