Job Overview: The Regional Prefabrication Supervisor serves as a key leader within our Northeast prefabrication division, focusing on enhancing the integration of prefabricated solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is pivotal in promoting the adoption of prefabricated products, services, and methodologies, ensuring effective collaboration across various project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Regional Prefabrication Resources to drive the implementation of prefabricated solutions.
- Identify and communicate prefabrication opportunities by assessing project needs and coordinating with Business Unit teams.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of ongoing projects, documenting progress and insights gained.
- Formulate standardized responses to inquiries regarding schedules and costs related to prefabricated products.
- Understand procurement timelines and assist teams in making timely decisions regarding prefabricated components.
- Engage with the Regional Prefabrication Lead to enhance the quality of self-performed and prefabricated items.
- Coordinate with local Prefabrication Leaders to optimize throughput in the Prefabrication Assembly Facility.
- Assist project teams in crafting their Prefabrication Execution Plans.
- Facilitate pre-installation meetings to share insights and lessons learned regarding prefabricated scopes of work.
Additional Duties:
- Promote a 'buildings as products' approach by collaborating with the National Prefabrication Team and various project stakeholders.
- Lead project prefabrication kickoff meetings to ensure alignment and clarity among teams.
- Develop data capture systems to support project teams in their prefabrication efforts.
- Work with Preconstruction teams to define and refine prefabrication scopes of work.
- Participate in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) coordination to ensure proper representation of prefabricated elements.
- Support communication between manufacturers and project teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Assist in the transition from project assessment to prefabrication integration.
- Contribute to the development of A3 documents for the Cost Benefit Analysis process.
- Enhance procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and execution processes for prefabricated products.
- Monitor multiple projects' prefabrication installations, capturing lessons learned to improve future practices.
- Foster relationships with Prefabrication Product suppliers and share insights across the organization.
- Conduct site visits and vendor assessments as necessary.

- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and technical expertise.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.
- Familiarity with project delivery methods and prefabrication processes.

- Leadership experience in design-build or design-assist projects.
- A proactive approach and commitment to advancing the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel as required to support project needs.
