About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our 3W Medical Unit, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our unit is equipped with 52 beds and has two charge nurses on each shift, ensuring a collaborative and efficient care delivery system.

We are seeking a skilled RN who can provide critical thinking, judgment, and leadership skills to plan, direct, and evaluate care for patients. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and open to feedback, with a strong ability to work with patients, support systems, charge nurses, MDs, supervisors, and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities of this role include performing a range of nursing duties, including charting, administering medications, and using equipment, while maintaining a patient-centered approach to care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a TN or compact state RN license and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
