Job Description

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Database Coordinator to manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of our restaurant's databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain POS systems (Aloha & Toast) by creating and maintaining the architecture and layout, programming buttons, and ensuring accurate sales revenue data.
  • Work with the restaurant store team to maintain Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and troubleshoot any issues with our Point of Sale Vendors.
  • Maintain integration between POS and ERP (CrunchTime) by managing data systems and updating recipes and beverage information.
  • Collect and resolve data inconsistencies and errors, as well as manage our online ordering system (Olo) by adding new menu items and working with the marketing team to improve guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha or Toast.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
