Formulates and executes growth strategies while effectively managing resources.
Establishes sales targets, forecasts sales figures, and projects revenue and profit margins for both existing and new offerings.
Market Research and Analysis:

Sales Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintains oversight of sales volume, product assortment, and pricing strategies.
Marketing and Customer Relations:
Offers marketing insights and supports promotional initiatives.
Fosters strong customer relationships through regular interactions.
Ensures customer experiences align with established quality standards.
Incorporates customer feedback into product enhancements and strategic adjustments.
Ensures all marketing communications are aligned with marketing objectives and represent an effective use of resources.
Technical Support and Enhancement:
Provides technical assistance for product selection and application.
Identifies sales trends and implements enhancements to improve performance.
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Works collaboratively with other departments (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Operations) to align sales strategies with product development and operational capabilities.
Training and Development:
Engages in ongoing professional development.
Provides training and support to the sales team regarding product features, advantages, and sales techniques.
Performs additional duties as required.
Travel Requirements:
Regular travel (both domestic and international) is necessary.
Essential Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results punctually and within budget.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for informed decision-making.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management is required.

Proficient in negotiation and closing sales.

Certifications:
