Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enrolling eligible clients and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen walk-in clients for eligibility and make referrals to other programs as needed.
  • Enroll eligible populations and conduct regular orientation for newly arrived clients.
  • Establish and maintain case files and update database on a regular basis.
  • Disburse monthly checks per program guidelines.
  • File monthly assistance checks in clients' casefiles and add payment data to Client Track.
  • Be familiar with all compliance guidelines and ongoing guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One year of relevant experience in social services; refugee services and/or case management preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required (including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs).
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in one of the main refugee languages is preferred: Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, and Kiswahili.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance as required by law.
