Job Summary

Tecknomic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to executive staff and manage office operations. This is a full-time, temporary position with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff, including filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations, including budgeting, personnel records, and payroll.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing charts and other presentation materials as needed.
  • Work independently on projects and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
