  • Manage client accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention and growth.
  • Responsible for achieving a quota exceeding $800,000 in contract value within a designated territory of major client accounts.
  • Exhibit mastery and consistent application of Gartner's sales methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough account planning and territory management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally within high technology sectors (services, software, or consultative environments), demonstrating a history of sales success.
  • Strong intellectual capacity, motivation, executive presence, and sales proficiency.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
  • High level of computer proficiency and effective presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete sales cycle.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
