Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at our Gettysburg, PA facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of successful experience selling electrical components, systems, and/or assemblies in various industries (e.g., A&D, Industrial).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories or markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, guiding them in the selection of appropriate interconnect products and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Distribution.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales selling high-value products to end users and OEMs within aerospace (defense experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI) and CRM systems.
  • Experience building relationships with customers (purchasing and engineering).
  • Willingness to 'roll up sleeves' to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communications skills.
  • A self-starter who is detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $135,000 annually, along with a performance-based incentive plan.
