Job Summary

At Otterbein SeniorLife, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and promoting a culture of respect and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Direct resident care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
