Job Summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our 5-star rated life plan community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in directing resident care, collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and providing physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
  • Recognize the autonomy and dignity of all elders
  • Understand how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
  • Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
  • Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
  • Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
