Otterbein SeniorLife, a leading provider of senior housing and healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Granville location. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR certification
  • At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience, with long-term care experience preferred
